agreement with every software purchase. This gives you full access to
our Customer Support Team through both phone and email.
In addition to Ancept’s standard support
agreement, Ancept offers support extensions to provide additional
support depending on your specific needs and capabilities. One, some,
or all of these extensions can be
added to supplement the standard support agreement ensuring that,
regardless of your in-house capabilities, the Ancept Customer Support
Team has you covered.
